Yesterday I was so got mood cook my dinner. So I was trying my best to go back early and go to supermarket buy chicken & vege, planning for my simple & nice dinner. ;)
Here is the steamed dolly fish with oyster sauce + fried garlic mince. I added a little bit sugar and water to oyster sauce. It only spend 15min to steam the fish to well done. Cool!
